Mine doesn't show the email:

Select an email address below. The xxx represents where your phone number will be placed. If you see numbers before the xxx, this means those numbers are automatically included for that address and you don't need to include them in the cell phone number you previously entered.

In the next step, the forums will send a verification text to see if the settings you selected are correct. If you see more than one option and you are unsure of what option to select, pick the first one, and if it doesn't work you will be able to select another one.
Select Cell Email Address:

It says select cell email address, but nothing is there.
