Putting custom stuff after user has registered [before message to return to forums]

Alright so after registering when it says

Thank you for registering....................................... .........................Click here to return to forums etc

[This is a instance where there is no user/admin verification so directly it shows that you have registered]

I want to put something ELSE instead of that...
