Thanks, but I do see an option to set a member's subscription inactive through the user profile, so it seems it should just be a matter of being able to see that there were actually two subscription entries. I don't see how it could possibly be programmed so we can take your money but never arrange to stop taking it... not that there wouldn't be certain benefits to that setup.
I'm hoping it can be handled on our side, both for good service purposes and because I couldn't find a cancellation option in my own PayPal account...
