A post report system for 3.7 is much needed.

Sids Report System Enhancer is only a enhancer of the report page, but is not a reporting system like the 3.6 hack pootsey refers to, which is broken. Currently there is no post report system for vb 3.7.x

One of the most important duties of a moderator is handling post reports. It would be nice if admins would be able to see how quickly moderators handle post reports and what the status of post reports are.

When browsing through the modification request forum, I find various requests for a post reporting system, including requests for:
- Have reported posts turn into moderated posts
- Show users a post is already reported (x times)
