I am pretty sure you have not done step 3 properly, but if you have, then I do not have a clue as it is 100% functional, the only way to help now is to look at your installation.

[s]So, if want me to take a look then feel free to PM me your site address, an temp admin user (with the appropriate permissions) and an ftp account, without these I cannot help you. I will look when I have time, and even if I have a look, I can not guarantee that I will be able to fix it, if your site is not in English (I only read/write in English), so it is up to you what you want to do. You can always remove the temp admin and ftp accounts after I have helped you out.[/s]
