i setting up the promotion for the register member have to post 100 get in the sub forum. but the message did not said something like you have to post 100 get the permission. how can i edit message show the register user Posts 100, or Reputation Level 1000, tell the number post they have to post after get a permission?

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system? 
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
