i get an error when users add tags to be ignored

Warning: Missing argument 3 for fetch_valid_tags() in [path]/includes/functions_newpost.php on line 665

I get this when there are valid tags and tags that do not exist (surely some error message when said tag does not exist as opposed to this break in code?)
