I need your help,
I got many forums in my board

and i dont want to show all the forums to everyone..
i want to keep some forum contents hidden until the memebrs reach 10 or 15 posts..
in more clear.. i dont wanna show my software and movie section contents to all memebrs and i want to make them post to view the contents...

i have attached an image to make it more clear
and i m running 3.6.8
