When ever I hit the add in the in the Forum News in Admin screen I get this:

Á¬½Ó URL with a blank box

¿ªÊ¼ÈÕÆÚ(¸ñÊ½: yyyy-mm-dd) with a blank box

½áÊøÈÕÆÚ(¸ñÊ½: yyyy-mm-dd) with a blank box

ÐÂÎÅÄÚÈÝ(Äú¿ÉÒÔÊ¹ÓÃHTML) with a blank box

What do I put in the boxes?

and when I hit edit I get this:

ÎÞÐÂÎ?

and a a blank screen with nowhere to input text.
