1 -- If I make a custom usergroup with Admin-like permissions, and they are listed in the config.php file, will they still be considered Super Admins?

2 -- If my user ID is listed in the config.php file for Super Admins, and someone goes into the Admin CP and changes my usergroup to Member, can I still access the Admin CP through a direct link to the log in page? The config.php file seems like it should override forum usergroup settings, but I'm not sure.
