I do not understand most of the following lines in XBT torrent tracker

Installation Instructions:

To install custom XBT, upload the xbt folder to your server, and in terminal type

./make.sh  (must be in tracker folder) to compile source

edit xbt_tracker.conf file to your database details

./xbt_tracker_1636 (still in Tracker folder) to start XBT

The following instructions are only to install VBTT 3 modification, please refer to http://xbtt.sourceforge.net/tracker/ for detailed XBT install instructions!

What is terminal type?

How do i compile source using make.sh which is inside the xbt folder in rar file?

there is no file like xbt_tracker_1636 in the package

the instructions in xbtt.sourceforge.net are ABSOLUTELY confusing

and do i upload all the files including xbt_win?

do i edit stuff in xbt_win or xbt?

wht is xbt_win folder there for?

my computer is windows xp and i have hostgator.com hosting
i understand basic php stuff and some html

can someone answer me all these questions
