Take a look at my board located at http://johnsworld.com/tattlerboard and click on 'Live Chat!'. I just set everything up tonight.

My question is: What am I doing wrong with the Smilies? Take a look at the source code. (http://johnsworld.com/tattlerboard/f...s=&forumid=240) Everything you need should be there.

Is there anyway to remove the forum stats on the 'Chat Forum' on the main page?

Also, I noticed at coasterforum.com they're using jIRC implamented slightly different. If anyone cares to take a look at that and explain how it was done, that would be cool
