Hoping someone can help me out here. It appears a few of my new registered users sometimes get incorrect activationIDs. They then get the the following....

We could not activate your account because this web address is not valid. Make sure that you have the entire address from the email, and that your email client has not split the address over several lines.

I've double and triple checked the url and it's correct and fine. So, jumped in the database and found that for these users, the activationID in the DB is different to the one in the email. Any ideas how this could happen? Doesn't seem to happen for every user, I just registered and had no problems.
Anyone had a similar problem or have any ideas?
