This might be a stupid question regarding the topic of this mod, but how can one alter the forum rules in the forum rules step rather than remove the step entirely? I am sure that no two boards will be alike and everyone will want to have their own custom rules set into that step.

If there is already a mod for what I am asking, then I must ask if it is compatible with 3.7.X?
