Ok i am installing forums for my new site phinal.com

ok i bought vbulletin, i uploaded everything , i entered my custom pin, and this is what i get
when i enter my custom number in
vBulletin 3.7.0 requires PHP version 4.3.3 or greater. Your PHP is version 4.3.11, please ask your host to upgrade.

, It says it requires php version 4.3.3 or greater And then read it says "your php version is 4.3.11" 4.3.11 is alot greater then 4.3.3 , and it is not letting me install. i am very mad about this, considering i just paid alot for license , can anyone help me?
