Yes I've done that file change, and I've reinstalled Vb from scratch again and it still doesn't work. Can someone please tell me how I can fix this?

You reinstalled vb from scratch?? If you were going to do that you should have put the newest version or something 3.6.6+

to bypass that, in plugins/credits_installer.php find and remove

One quick question, on my .... credits.php?do=banking page I have the below message for Bank Account and Loans. How do I change those high percentage numbers and 0 credit numbers. I have been looking in the admincp but not seeing where to change it. Members are using it like crazy to build up credits.

all of that is in your usergroup settings, mainly the things like interest rates and maximums. if you cant figure out which is which after looking through them PM me
