How do I add another dropdown/popup menu like the Quick Links, User CP, and Help links are on the NavBar on this site? I currently have too many links on my NavBar and want to shorten it by using that method.

I've tried searching for the method on the site, but I cant seem to find it. I may be using the wrong search terms. Someone point me in the right direction, please!
