vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Link to Forum Stuff In External Page

I wanted to post news in my forums and have that news show up on the main page of my site (which is not part of the forums)

It's like the way http://www.vbulletin.org does where you can read news on the main page and click a full story link and go to the forums to read the full story and comment and what not. But again I wanted to be able to do it on an external page. So if my forums are located on www.mysite.com/forums I wanted my news to show up upon www.mysite.com

Does anybody know how to do that? Thanks!
