You need to revert your templates in order to get the new code/features on your site. I would back up your style first before doing this. Or, create a new style with no parent and you can view your site with that and see that the new stuff it there. Then you should go though each of the templates in your style and either revert them or do a View History and compare your version to the vbulletin version and add in the code you need.
