works fine in FF.

They work perfect. Not sure what you have done or installed, or what version of IE you are using, but they are 100% in perfect working order.

Also I edited the header psd logo, which file do I replace, the c1_02 or the C1_03 file?

c1_02.jpg is the logo area of the header.
