If that's your first skin, it's a good job man. Validating your code is MADDENING but it's worth it (since your site will work better, and it's better for SEO), and at the same time you will learn a TON about just writing proper code in general. I think if you clean up your comment bits and your /font tags it will fix a lot of the problems you're seeing. The output from W3 can be a bit ambiguous and nonsensical, but if you get stuck on an error I'm sure we can help you out.
