Within your vbulletin tabbar suite settings,,, goto BORDER CSS and edit to >>> 0 <<<...
That will delete it or edit the BORDER COLOR 66666 to the color of your forum background and save... Refresh page...

P.S... [ delete <br>] or move $tabbarsuite var under this...>>> <br />
That will make your tabbar flush with the navbar...
