Well I speak from experience, not everyone tends to follow site rules
Hence it would be best if you can find a way to add permissions for these custom BBcodes, which will allow us to set the permissions per usergroup.

yes they can, once the quote the post, they'll see the BBCode, hence my request for usergroup based permissions.
