We have two forums on our site that have attachments of interest to our users - the are torrents. I wrote a page that just lists all the threads with torrents in those two forums along with statistics for them. I wrote it by starting with the blank page here - How to create your own vBulletin-powered page! (uses vB templates) All I have to do was write the queries, and make a template to spit out the page.
