Default Permissions Problem
I don't exactly know what's wrong. I'm able to download mods but I'm not allowed to download attachments for some reason. I have an owned VBulletin license that hasn't expired yet. And I'm pretty sure my account on here is activated since I'm able to downloads mods.

Can anyone please let me know what's wrong, and if this is a first? Could it be a post count thing?

I also forgot to note that that my E-mail address on vbulletin.com and vbulletin.org are the same.

I also relaized that I can view some attachments, just not all of them. This is one of the ones that I cannot view.
