when you create a usergroup there will be a category called Public group settings. In that category there is an option called (Joinable) Custom Usergroups. Ok.. no wonder it wasn't showing up.. ok got it thanks!
Another question with this.. one a user is in that group and they are showing up as a specified color of that group under the "current users online" area.. I've seen a few sites if you run the mouse over their name it brings up the little prompt of what it stands for or the group name for example..how do I set the mouse over part?
