Hello everyone,

While installing many MOD's i came up a statement - " Backup Database "

Now consider me a newbie, and please suggest me how should i take a backup of my database.I saw the documentation at the vb but i am not able to understand that

Can anyone tell me a simple way to backup and restore the database ??
