I just changed my forum/includes config file and took user ID 1 out and went to the page, refreshed, and checked the quick links and manage banners link disappeared. Once i went back in and put my user id "1" back in and refreshed the manage banner link reappeared. So it seems to me that hack recognizes I'm set as a super admin but for some reason I can not see the banner manager page
