If theres a mod to do this or its implemented with VB and I'm somehow missing it, please let me know

I've did lots of searching and haven't seen anything.

Basically if I have a thread with lets say 30 replies, and theres a user called "Tom" who has posted a fair bit in the thread - I'd like to filter that thread so all I can see is Toms posts in the thread. Is this possible?
