I'm almost finished with fixing some coding issues and I'm down to my last page, my forum home page. Here's the page...

Noted problems:
- There is an extra red bar on top of the forums section
- The footer is all messed up
Since this is the only page that is messed up, am I safe to assume that it is the forumhome template that is messed up? If so, here is the coding for that...
