I think your #3 response was probably misread, or for another thread you were reading as it has nothing to do with what my #3 feedback stated.

As for username changes, its completely irrelevent to vbulletin.org to be sure of anything if a customer wants to change their username. Their username is THEIR username. It is not the license, nor a license code nor anything to do with verifying your actual forum is licensed, you are the owner, etc.
