Get this error when running vbulletin add member insert using vbulletin functions and datamanager:

Anyone know what the error means, how to fix it? The code goes through inserting the member in the main website db table first, and it inserts it, and then goes to the code to insert it in vbulletin db table, and gets that error, no db add. Using same database for both, just different tables.
