Then type in:

Forum Rules (click on Find)


Look for the Phrase:

cybfrules_rules (click on Edit)


You will see this line as the Standard Phrase:

<font color="#66ff00">Forum Rules</font>


Change the font color to anything you want in the box that says "English (US) Translation", then click save.
