OK, I figured out how to get it to resize images embedded using IMG tags!

It's not perfect. It requires another plug (which you might already be using). It also removes the images paddings, so they sit right on top of each other. But its prett close to working perfect.

Let me know what you think, and if you can see a better way of doing it. I'd love to know.
