Yes would you be able to provide me with examples of the code(s) and such to use?

Also, would it be possible to provide me with the queries needed?

my template structure is vB_ for the database....so for example:
vB_posts

I'm new to using SQL and a new vB user as well, i have a guy offering to do it for me but i don't trust him enough with my information especially access to my database.....and since i paid for my vB license i don't want anyone else with my info..
