Default Tachy versus Moderation
An idea for one of the programmers here.

Sometimes I would like like to have the choice to place new users directly into tachy instead of moderation when there are numerous registrations with just harassing comments or spamming.

This would allow admin/moderators to view their intent with out their knowledge.
