1. if you want to let users resend them their activation mail themselves, you can create a link to register.php?do=requestemail that should be made visible to just unactivated usergroup. you can do this through notices

2. If YOU want to mass email unactivated users from admincp:-
go to Users->Send Email to Users->In Search Criteria, check only Users Awaiting Email Confirmation and in Message body you can copy the following text and SEND

Subject:- Reminder for Account Activation at Your Site.com

Message:-

Dear $username,

Thank you for registering at the $vboptions[bbtitle]. Before we can activate your account one last step must be taken to complete your registration.

Please note - you must complete this last step to become a registered member. You will only need to visit this url once to activate your account.
