I have seen this one before but don't know exactly what triggers it BUT for what its worth,

Find in your footer template the following,

<if condition="$show['dst_correction']">
<!-- auto DST correction code -->
<form action="profile.php?do=dst" method="post" name="dstform">
	<input type="hidden" name="s" value="$session[sessionhash]" />
	<input type="hidden" name="do" value="dst" />
</form>

It should be:

<if condition="$show['dst_correction']">
<!-- auto DST correction code -->
<form action="profile.php?do=dst" method="post" name="dstform">
	<input type="hidden" name="s" value="$session[sessionhash]" />
        <input type="hidden" name="securitytoken" value="$bbuserinfo[securitytoken]" />

</form>
