Not with the limitations of the Notice system, only 3 conditions per notice criteria currently (3 checkboxes per notice). Only way around it is with manual edits and database changes. Not worth it. Multiple product coders have started threads @ vbulletin.com about this limitation.

I've already got a version coded for when they fix said limitations though. Product will be smaller than it currently is.
