I've no idea what the text says, but I like the skin. The only thing (and I always say this, so take it for what it's worth) is that you might want to trim down the number of subforums that you have until you get a bit busier. Less forums with more posts in them make your site look busier.

Very clean though - only other thing I'd add is that a bit darker on the background blue might make the forum table "pop" more and be a little easier on the eyes. Nice work all around.
