You haven't applied the securitytoken bypassing I suggested for users that doesn't have a vBulletin version compatible with the CSRF ?

Are you using the 0.4.0 version ?

In the previous version there was a bug, all user could see sticky feature while they doesn't have the rights too.

Sticky feature can only be used by users that have the usergroup rights to so that's perhaps what you're missing
