For example: you search for "list of forums" anywhere. Here, Google, the vB manual, anywhere. You won't get an answer unless you already know it. Useless and frustrating.

So, it would be helpful to have a list of all variables, conditionals and callable functions. It would be helpful to get a feeling for what the Jelsoft folks call stuff. That could be a hint on where to find things or for, as you say, "asking what [does] a certain thing".

While your suggestion is useful for some things, it would be really swell if we could also get the answer to the question and then go with the suggestion. Thanks very much.
