Honestly, I do like this chat box. But, I hope you don't mind me making a few suggestions:

1), The chat bar, could it below all the messages? I believe it would fit the best there.
2), Possible to have an option that the chat box / shout box can be above the "What's Going On?"? I also believe in my opinion that it fits best there. Even though you of course can set it on your own, but I think this would be nice for new users.
