I don't have the code for that specific look, but I can help you understand how to do it yourself. You need to open up your Postbit template and then apply a background image to the top section where the user info is, and another background image to where the users message is.

However the background image for the message area needs to be 3 seperate images. The top part will top part of the bubble, and the second image being the bottom part of the bubble. And finally the 3rd image being the actualy background image in the middle which expands vertically as much as needed in order to fit all the content.
