The little menu arrow is not part of the mgc directory images. It's a vbulletin default image.

BTW first of all thanks for the gr8 mod thanks. yes i did not set the permission it came up now after setting it also how to use those commands files in that folder??

Read instructions carefully, they state that you must remove files before uninstalling the product.

The easier solution is to import the product again, then remove the chatbox files (especially the one from the includes/xml directory) and then remove the product.
