well, you can put a user on everyone's ignore list with tachy goes to conventry. i assume that's not what you're reqesting, though, but want to force two fighting users to "ignore" each other?

when someone is on your ignore list, you can still see they've posted and hit the "view post" link to see the post, so i don't think that would really help, depending on your objective.
