I'd like to add to my sidebar a listing that links to 10 (or custom #) random user profiles (the new 3.7 profiles).

I don't want to pull from inactive profiles, so I was thinking it could be limited to profiles that had at least one friend, or maybe a certain number of friends/comments/blog posts.

I imagine you could make this even more complicated if you wanted to make it most active users by combining elements on the profiles, assigning weights, etc. That would be cool, but I'm just looking for something simple if possible.

Has anyone done this or can come up with a simple way of doing it?
