Why not use the Ad Location Templates, they'd solve all your need. Simply paste the code for banner and url in those templates and you'll get the ads running up in a few minutes and at your favorite spot.

I don't think there is any need of any Ad management system now when lovely vB has it all.
You may need a banner rotator though. Try Banner Rotator and Cyb - Flash-Image Banner Rotator
