im wondering if there is a default way (which im pretty sure there isnt) or an existing plugin that would allow you to keep one usergroup from messaging other usergroups either one or all and vice versa.

for example, i dont want usergroup a to be able to private message usergroup b and usergroup b cant private message usergroup a either.
