Hello,

I've read all posts here and it is appreciated that the developer provides such detailed and long support to this hack.

However, I have activated two channels (staff and team) with two different icons but I can not make to show in the shoutbox. I checked and overchecked all options and all seem to be OK but still no go.
Do I have to add anything to templates, please?
